1. Services
Optimum Tech Roseburg provides home technology support services including but not limited to smart home setup, Wi-Fi optimization, TV calibration, gaming system optimization, streaming device setup, and general technology troubleshooting. Services are provided to residents of Roseburg and Douglas County, Oregon.
2. Service Agreement
All services are provided on a per-job basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scheduling and pricing are established prior to service delivery. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of scheduling. We accept various payment methods as discussed with each client. All fees are due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are made.
4. Limitation of Liability
Optimum Tech Roseburg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing device issues, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and we make no warranty that services will meet your specific requirements or that results will be error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for third-party devices and services.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for backing up their data before any service is performed. Clients must provide accurate information about their technology setup. Access to devices and network equipment must be provided as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Optimum Tech Roseburg website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Optimum Tech Roseburg and may not be reproduced without written permission.
